Numis Network August 2010 Silver Coin Of The Month: 2010 Austrian Silver Philharmonic
Silver Coins
Article by Erin Smith
Here's another edition of the coin of the month from Numis Network! What was appealing about this coin is that it's probably the only one I've received so far that has to do more with the culture from where it was created. most of the other coins are native animals, but I enjoyed seeing this angle as well.
I thought that this coin of the month was very sweet. My husband wasn't too impressed though. But that might be on the grounds that I play the piano and my husband is NOT musically talented in any way shape or form.
The 2010 Austrian Silver Philharmonic coin was made in celebration of the world acclaimed orchestra, the Vienna Philharmonic. This orchestra has been a colossal aspect of Austrian culture since its inception in 1842.
One side of the coin shows the separate instruments used in the orchestra. The other side of the coin shows the vast organ in the Vienna Musikvere in Concert Hall. This coin was originally minted in 2008 from the Austrian mint that was established in 1194. Now that is an old mint!
The Numis Network is such an amazing opportunity to be a part of even if you are not part of the selling side. every month I get a new silver coin that comes from a separate part of the world.
These coins are not just any coins either. They come from the government mints and are MS70 graded. That denotes that these coins come to you in absolute pristine condition plus they will stay in perfect condition.
With the Numis Network, your autoship is an asset that has real lasting value that can be shared for generations.
Hope you enjoyed this latest coin of the month from the Numis Network! If you're interested in looking at these coins for yourself, look over the resource box below for more info.

I doubt there are many coins dealers there, so check them out and see what they offer, stay away from antique dealers as well as pawn shops. Usually if a dealers has been at one location for a good many years he is honest. Remember though US coin dealers usually know little about world coins and never offer a fair price. You need to find a dealer who knows those coins.

Michigan Metal Detecting Silver Coin Spill
Hi Everyone, Mike and i headed back out to the park Sunday afternoon for some detecting. It was a pretty slow day until i hit a silver coin spill on the other side of the park, that sure made my hunt look good, that is only the second time that i have dug 3 silver coins out of the same hole. As the hunt was winding down, i did get one more keeper for the time out. Thanks for watching and best of luck on your next hunt ! HH Dave

Earning Through Gold and Silver Coins
Silver Coins
Article by Peter Tiffany
If you think old coins that have been discarded and can no longer be used for daily transactions in this day and age are already passe, you better think again. Silver and gold coins even old paper bills can actually be a means for you to earn some extra income. So if you have those old coin items at home, don't just disregard them and collect them. You can actually earn some extra values from them so you better not take them for granted. They can actually be more valuable than their current face value.
There is a scientific process that goes through every silver and gold coin. This is also known as numismatics. Coins are graded and properly identified based from the year they've been used and how long they have been in circulation before they were declared as phased out. It also deals with the actual value of a coin and of course, the ingredients that have been used to create such coins. There are many different coins from all over the world which are still present today although they are no longer considered to be of use in the regular market.
If you want to try earning through the use of gold and silver coins, you would do well to get inside the numismatist community. You should also make yourself more familiar with the ins and outs of numismatics. Each coin is graded and evaluated on the basis of its current circulation in the market so the rarer your coin is, the more expensive it will be regardless of its actual value. Most of the professionals who grade such coins are collectors themselves. Actually, numismatics started by simply being a hobby which eventually grew to something more as the need to collect all types of coins rose.
